Placing An Order:

Paying For Your Order: At the moment we only accept Paypal as a secure payment online, if you are not familiar with Paypal please check out their information over at www.Paypal.co.uk

Your bank details are never passed onto us.

Refunds: In general we will not offer a refund if you decide you have changed your mind about a particular product as all of our products are handmade to order, and for hygiene reasons we would not be able to sell the items on, due to the nature of our products being for the Bath & Body. If an order has been made incorrectly by us then a refund of both the purchase and postage will be given. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. If you receive your order and any items are damaged, please report this to us within 24 hours so we can deal with this as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times: As our products are freshly made to order it generally takes 3-5 days for an order to be completed and dispatched from receipt of payment. If your order is large and we think it will take any longer than 3-5 days we will notify you straight away. At busy times such as Christmas, Valentines, Easter & Mothers Day please note your order could take slightly longer, again we will notifiy you of our turn around time. Wholesale order can take up to 10 days to make, depending on the size of the order, again we will notifiy you of the turn around time.

Postal Service: All goods are dispatched using 1st Class Recorded Delivery Royal Mail postal service and usually take around 2-4 days. We always obtain proof of postage for all packages dispatched.

For our parcels that are dispatched to countries in Europe then we will use the Airmail service which will take around 3-5 days. For an extra £5.00 you can have International Signed For which gives you peace of mind that your parcel will need to be signed for at its destination. If you require this service adding to your Airmail, then please go to the category button 'Postage options' and add the International signed for to your basket. If an insured package goes missing in transit we will contact Royal Mail to attempt to locate your package and if this search proves unsuccessful we will file a claim for non delivery and replace your order.

Packaging: We recycle packaging materials and boxes wherever possible.

Privacy Policy: We will not sell or reveal your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law.
